Sphere is a cashless venue and only accepts credit/debit cards or mobile payment, including Google Pay and Apple Pay.
All exits are final. Guests are not permitted to leave and then re-enter.

HOW TO ACCESS YOUR TICKETS VIA SPHERE ACCOUNT MANAGER
1) Click the Sphere Account Manager link using your phone.
2) Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner and enter the same email address you used to purchase your Vibee package.
3) Click "My Events" to locate your event order.
4) Click "View Tickets" to access your tickets.
5) Add your tickets to your phone's digital wallet.
Your Sphere Account Manager is linked to the same email address used when purchasing your Metallica Travel x Vibee package — that's the email you'll use to log in. There are instructions during login to let you know how to create an account.

TICKETING FAQs
Why can't I see the ticket barcode on my tickets?
Ticket barcodes are typically activated and visible 3–7 days prior to your event date. If you haven't received your tickets, or if the barcode isn't visible within 48 hours of the event, reach out to Vibee for assistance. Note: barcodes are not visible once tickets are downloaded to your mobile wallet.
Are tickets eligible for transfer?
You'll be able to transfer tickets directly in Sphere Account Manager closer to the event date. If the Transfer option is disabled, it may be due to an active delivery delay until the specified date on your ticket. 2-Night Tickets must be transferred together as a complete unit — individual single-show tickets from a 2-night package cannot be transferred separately. Snake Pit tickets are non-transferable.
Is a smartphone required for entry, and can multiple tickets be stored on one device?
Yes — entry requires a smartphone to display your mobile tickets; screenshots and printouts will not be accepted. Access your show in Sphere Account Manager and follow the prompts to save your tickets to your mobile wallet. You can display and scan multiple tickets from a single smartphone at the venue entrance.
